Sand, soil, stones, rocks and pavers - From 2 December 2024

Published on Tuesday, 26 November 2024 at 3:17:29 PM

From 2 December 2024 there will be a change in how certain materials are received at Tamala Park.

These changes affect anyone wanting to dispose of sand, soil, stones and asphalt under 150MM in size; as well as rocks, pavers and stone or building rubble 150MM in size or over.

From 2 December 2024 these materials will be accepted as general waste and subject to a fee of $275 per tonne at the weighbridge.

Any materials accepted in this way will be disposed of in the landfill.

This is due to a change in the way in which we are able to handle and process these materials on site.

We apologise for any inconvenience this change may cause.

An alternative local disposal point can be found at Terra Verde Resource Solutions, Neerabup – approximately 10minutes drive from Tamala Park.
